Perfa-Lite perforated metal roofing on a Charlotte Performance Shelter   Perfa-Lite is an all-new alternative to fabric roofing. Perfa-Lite blocks up to 44% of harmful UV rays consistently throughout the life of the shelter while allowing plenty of light to shine through for a brighter more pleasant outdoor experience. Perfa-Lite utilizes hot rolled steel perforated panels with 3/8” holes at 9/16” staggered centers (custom sizes are available) which feature the Superior “Baked- On” Electro Finish over an E-coat Primer. Superior Electro Finish is a two component, corrosion resistant, electro-statically applied, oven cured to 400 degrees coating system which combines the properties of two high performance systems: Epoxy and Polyurethane. Standard colors are Tan, Forest Green, Black and Brown. Custom colors are available upon provision of an RAL number. E-Coat Primer is a highly durable epoxy finish that provides superior salt spray (500 hrs+ exposure), humidity (humidity resistance is greater than 500 hrs minimum) and corrosion resistance. Perfa-Lite’s incredibly durable steel panels do not need to be taken down with the change of seasons, require no maintenance and are vandal-proof.     A variety of cupolas are available for most shelters, in both wood and steel. The size is scaled to fit the shelter you select. Wood cupolas are available in Pine, Western Red Cedar or Redwood. Steel cupola roof colors will match your shelter’s metal roof.
